To whom it may concern, My name is Kimberly Kramer, I,m 29, and married . I have three beatiful girl,s. But my first two are only five month,s apart and that caused me to lose so much calsum in my theeth , and they are breakin off one by one . and I don,t have a med. card or any in. at this time. I also have Altravaoulprolapes and it is getting whorse and I,ve even been hosiptaliced for infection in my heart from my theeth. I could even die from this . And I can,t afford to go to the Dentist for help. I,m in so much pain , and I have to watch what I eat becausemy theeth brake off. And it,s so imbarssing to smile.
